Holiday Inn Express Pearland, an IHG Hotel

The location and the property is pretty.

The rooms were cleaned to my wife's liking; she can be very particular. I appreciated them letting us look at the room before checking in.Upon inspection of the mattresses and surrounding areas, there were no bed bugs, roaches, or any other insect. My wife is always concerned about bugs, so she checks every crevice. We had a quiet and comfortable stay. The helpdesk staff were friendly and quick to help with anything needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Just a one- night stay, so didn't have time to fully experience the site but what we had was good and certainly better than the less than positive reviews I'd read. The room was clean and well maintained. The only minor criticism I have is that the water pressure was very low.

Good breakfast spread but tea selection was lacking. Only one kind of coffee. They did read our request and put the extra towels in our room but we asked not to be near ice machine or elevator. How ever it was not a big problem.

Staff was friendly and facility was generally clean. Room shower mat needed to be replaced. No TV directory. Location was quiet. Free breakfast okay except for eggs and breakfast meats which were barely edible.
